The KnowBe4 platform offered general instructions for setting up a phishing test campaign, but our firm’s structure - and that of our sister organizations - made the process more complex.

To address this, I created detailed, step-by-step instructions with clear actions and screenshots of each screen in the application. This documentation was especially important because the annual task was easy to forget, and I wanted other team members to be able to create campaigns if needed.

While setting up an annual campaign, I documented each step, captured screenshots to highlight key screen and interface elements, and included helpful tips along the way.
